Currently, many employers practice the issuance of wages by transferring funds to the employee's current account. If an employee has lost a salary plastic card, spoiled it, left it in an ATM or something else, then he can block it. This procedure can be done in several ways.

Instructions
Step 1
Call support. There are toll-free numbers for calls within Russia (each bank has its own phone number). Tell the operator that you want to block the salary card. Explain the reason why you need to do this. Tell us your personal data, including passport details, as well as the card number, current account number and the code word that you invented when concluding an agreement with the bank. After specifying the information, your plastic card will be blocked by the bank.
Step 2
If you have a mobile banking service connected (and currently most card users use this innovation), send an SMS message to the free number from which you receive notifications about the movement of funds in the account.
Step 3
The text of the sms should consist of the last five digits of the salary card number, the blocking code (if you lost the card, enter 0, if it is stolen, put 1 if you left the plastic card at the ATM (when you entered the wrong PIN code three times, the cards will automatically is blocked and remains in the card capture reader), if other cases not related to the above have occurred with your card, indicate 3). The specified information can be separated by a space, hash or asterisk.
Step 4
You can block a plastic card via the Internet. To do this, register on the bank's website where the card is entered. Pass the identification after you receive an SMS with a login password to your phone number, with a hint from a support service operator, who will clarify the necessary information and advise you.
Step 5
After connecting the "online" service, you should follow the link that serves to block the card. Send an SMS from your mobile phone, to the number of which you use the mobile banking service, with the word "password", which can be entered in Russian or Latin letters.
Step 6
In a reply message you will be sent a set of characters. They should be entered in the required field on the bank's website in the blocking section. Select a lock code. Within a few minutes, your salary card will be blocked.
Step 7
If you are unable to call, send SMS or connect to the Internet, come to the bank where your card is registered. Tell the bank employee your desire to block the salary card. Write an application, the form of which will be given to you by a bank employee. Say the code word, indicate in the application the card details (its number, personal account number), your personal data, passport details. Sign, date. The bank employee will tell you during what period your card will be blocked.
