Buy a city guide for your city, look on the Internet for interesting places in it. Perhaps you will find some beautiful legends. All this can be used for future excursions. For each place, a short summary should be made, including the most interesting points. If you are planning to do excursions for children, then consider entertaining scenarios.
Step 2
You can conduct excursions both personally and by hiring those wishing to be guides. At first, you can probably do it yourself. At first, you will not need an office: it will be your own apartment (in which you have the right to register as an individual entrepreneur). You can take orders for excursions both by phone and on the Internet.
Step 3
To be known about your business, you will need to advertise about it. Advertising in the press, on the Internet is appropriate (the formation of interest groups in social networks). After the first excursions, word of mouth will work: people interested in culture and history will tell their friends about you. It would also be good to create a website for the tour desk and post the schedule of upcoming excursions on it.
Step 4
To determine the price for each excursion per person, find out how much excursions cost from your competitors, if any. Since you are just getting started, your prices should be lower, but not by much. If you have no competitors, think about how much the average resident of your city would pay for a tour, ask your acquaintances about it. Guided tours should be available, but this does not mean that prices are extremely low.

A tour desk can only be the start of an interesting business in the field of culture and history. If your city has a more or less large intellectual audience, you can also engage in teaching and educational activities, for example, lecturing.
