Many Ross citizens have their own ideas for doing business abroad, but the problem is that they have no idea how to implement them. Most believe that doing business from scratch in Ukraine is something very difficult and practically unrealizable. In fact, this is not the case.
Any small business in Ukraine starts with an idea. Support your idea with a business plan, in which you enter information about the structure and goals of the business, list all expenses and incomes, and also determine the payback period of your business.
Instructions
Step 1
If you have handled your business idea well, move on to the next step - raising funds to start your own business. Like any business, business in Ukraine requires financial investments. In some situations, this stage is the most difficult, because you have to find investors who need to be interested in yours, or get a loan from a bank. Both options are not entirely profitable for you, as investors will want to get a piece of the business, and lenders will charge considerable interest rates. In addition, remember that Ukraine has the highest loan rates in all of Europe. Here, of course, you will benefit significantly if you have your own starting capital.
Step 2
Any entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine can be carried out only after state registration. To do this, determine the organizational and legal form of your future enterprise: a private enterprise (PE), a limited liability company (LLC) or an individual entrepreneur (IE). Which one to choose, you decide for yourself, since it is impossible to single out the best or worst of them, it all depends on what you are going to do.
Step 3
After registration, get a certificate from the statistics department and a work permit, make your own seal and open a bank account for the company.
If your future business requires a license, be sure to go through the appropriate procedure. These types of activities can be: medical practice, construction, tourism, trucking, etc. You can read the full list in the Law of Ukraine "On licensing of certain types of activities".
Step 4
After obtaining a license, proceed directly to entrepreneurial activity. Remember that a private business is not only a good income, but also a great responsibility. Therefore, before starting your activity, carefully study and think over all your actions.
