Tourism business is a broad concept that includes several subspecies of activities. First of all, you will need to decide which activity attracts you more. The simplest and most popular solution today is to open a travel agency and sell vouchers to selected destinations, receiving a commission. The travel agency does not form vouchers on its own, it only sells ready-made, purchased from a tour operator - its partner.

If you do not want to deal with communicating with clients, but building relationships with airlines, hotels and other organizers of recreation for tourists, then you need to obtain a tour operator license. If you plan to also sell air tickets, you will need an additional license to carry out this type of activity.
Step 3
The implementation of tourist activities is possible with any form of ownership. It is possible to register as an individual entrepreneur or open an LLC or CJSC. However, there are mandatory requirements, for example, the presence of an office or work experience of employees of at least three years for opening a travel agency and at least five for a tour operator. After you have decided what kind of activity you will be engaged in, proceed with the preparation of the necessary documents, advertising and promotion of the activities of your company. Visit professional exhibitions and workshops more often, where you can establish relationships with tour operators if you decide to open a travel agency, or negotiate favorable terms for tourists if you are a tour operator.
