Step 1
If you decide to use the state duty calculator, go to the page https://www.kod-x.ru/polza/gpcalc.htm and enter the amount of the claim in the appropriate field for the court to which you plan to apply: to a court of general jurisdiction, to a magistrate or to an arbitration court. In the latter case, the rates of the state duty will be slightly higher. If you plan to go to court in Moscow, using the service, you can also generate and print a receipt for payment of the state duty. For other regions, this is possible, provided that you enter the details of your court yourself
Step 2
If you want to calculate the state duty yourself, rely on its rates given in Art. 333.19 of the Tax Code for justices of the peace and courts of general jurisdiction and 333.21 for an arbitration court. When applying to a court of general jurisdiction or a magistrate and the cost of the claim is up to 20 thousand rubles. the state duty is equal to 4% of the cost of the claim, but not less than 400 rubles, 20001 - 100 thousand rubles. - 800 p. + 3% of the amount over 20 thousand rubles, 100001 - 200 thousand - 3, 2 thousand rubles + 2% of the amount over 100 thousand rubles, 200001 - 1 million rubles. - 5, 2 thousand rubles + 1% of the amount over 200 thousand rubles and more than 1 million rubles. - 13, 2 thousand rubles + 0.5% of the amount in excess of 1 million, but not more than 60 thousand rubles

When applying to arbitration with a claim with a price of up to 100 thousand rubles. you will have to pay 4% of this amount, but not less than 2 thousand rubles. From 100001 to 200 thousand rubles - 4000 rubles + 3% of the amount in excess of 100 thousand, 200001 - 1 million - 7 thousand rubles. + 2% of the amount in excess of 200 thousand, 1 million - 2 million - 23 thousand rubles + 1% of the amount in excess of 1 million and from 2 million - 33 thousand rubles. + 0.5% of the amount in excess of 2 million, but not more than 200 thousand rubles
