State duty - a fee paid by persons in connection with an appeal to state and other bodies for the commission of legally significant actions. For some types of actions, the duty is paid in a fixed amount, for example: 200 rubles for the registration of marriage.
When applying to a court or an arbitration court, the amount of the state duty is calculated by the payer independently. It depends on the size and type of the claim.
Instructions
Step 1
For the property claim, a regressive rate scale was determined depending on the value of the claim. The cost of the claim is determined by the amount of the monetary claim, by the value of the property (for claims for property), by the amount of payments for the year (for alimony, except for payments for minor children). The maximum amount of the fee is limited to 60,000.00 rubles when applying to a district court, 100,000.00 rubles when applying to an arbitration court.
Step 2
For non-property claims, individuals pay two hundred rubles, legal entities - four thousand rubles.
Step 3
For the issuance of a court order - half of the state duty calculated on a property claim.
Step 4
For appeals, cassation, supervisory complaints, appeals against the actions of officials, a fixed fee has been determined.
Step 5
The state duty is determined separately for each requirement and is summed up.
