Instructions

Step 1

Especially often the state fee is paid in relation to those cases that are considered by courts of general jurisdiction or justices of the peace. Each case has its own amount. And, having carefully studied the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, you can easily calculate the amount of the duty that you need to pay.

Step 2

So, for example, if your claim is of a property nature, then with a claim price of up to 20,000 rubles, the amount of payment of the fee will be 4% of the total declared price in the claim. If you want to receive from the defendant from 20,000 to 100,000 rubles, you will have to pay 800 rubles to the state for services. and 3% of the amount claimed. The duty for a claim up to 200,000 rubles will be 3,200 rubles and 2% of the amount of the claim. You will need to pay a much larger amount for the amount in the claim up to 1,000,000 rubles. The state duty in this case will be 5200 rubles. and 1% of the amount. The highest fee will be for a claim in excess of 1,000,000 rubles. It will be equal to 13,200 rubles and 0.5 percent of the claim amount, but not more than 60,000 rubles.

Step 3

If you want to receive a court order, then you will have to pay about 50% of the amount of the fee charged when submitting an application of a property nature to the treasury.

Step 4

When your claim does not imply an assessment for property, the amount of the fee will be uniform and definite: individuals pay 200 rubles for the consideration of such cases, organizations - 4000.

Step 5

If you want to file a cassation or appeal, then the amount to be paid to the state treasury is equal to half the size of the non-property claim.

Step 6

You must also pay the fee if you need to make duplicates and copies of a number of court documents. The size of the state duty for such services is determined by the following figures: for each page of the document 4 rubles, but not less than 40 for the entire package of documents.

Step 7

If the statement of claim is filed for the recovery of alimony from the defendant for the maintenance of children, then the amount of payment for the judge's services will be 100 rubles. In the case when the claim also requires money for the maintenance of the defendant, the amount of the state duty is doubled.
