A bank card can, as a rule, be received on the same day in the evening (after opening the terminal by collectors). But money is already more difficult. After all, employees will have to recalculate and reconcile the funds received and the operations performed at this terminal. This may take several days. Moreover, according to the law, the bank has thirty days to respond to the client. Of course, in practice, the return of cards and money is much faster. And you can receive your cash within a few working days.
If the ATM where you still have your card is located outside the branch (for example, in a shopping center), dial the customer service number indicated on the terminal. Describe the situation to the operator and state the terminal number that is on the front of the device. After that, you will also be asked to come to the bank office and leave a written application.
