According to the rules of the "Thank you" bonus program provided by Sberbank of Russia, holders of plastic cards issued by this financial institution can use it. Exceptions are Maestro, Maestro Social cards issued by North-West Sberbank, whose numbers start with the numbers 639002551, 676195.
Holders of premium products, salary and pension cards can participate in the "Thank you" program. Under the terms of this promotion, you can register in it in the following ways.
1. Connect to the "Thank you" program from Sberbank through an ATM or self-service terminal
The sequence of actions is as follows:
- insert the card into the receiving device of the ATM, terminal;
- enter a pin code;
- in the "Main menu" from the list, select the "Bonus program" item;
- a form for entering a mobile phone number should appear on the screen. You must enter the number and confirm your consent;
- a message should be sent to the mobile phone number specified during registration, in which the password is indicated - if any questions arise regarding the bonus program, the participant can contact the contact center using this password.
2. Registration using the Sberbank Online service
Users of this service can register with it. The procedure is as follows:
- go to the "Personal Account";
- select the "My bonuses" option in the menu;
- after a special form appears on the screen, enter your mobile number and email address in the field;
- a message with a password should be sent to the phone number you specified, as in the previous registration option.
After connecting to the bonus program, you can start accumulating bonuses. To do this, you will need to make a payment with a plastic card when shopping, wherever possible.
