Instructions

Step 1

The tasks of such a type of activity as management are the creation and implementation in practice of various scientific approaches, developments, ideas and methods that ensure stable and sustainable work of the team.

Step 2

The main task of management is to develop products according to customer demand. Also, this activity is aimed at improving living conditions. This can be illustrated by an example from real life.

Step 3

Once upon a time there was a hotel that had no end of customers. The executives decided to increase the number of visitors. A nearby 60-storey building was acquired. After launching it into operation, the managers noticed that there were much fewer clients. Nobody could guess what the reason was. After the survey, it turned out that people are not satisfied with the fact that there is only one elevator and they have to wait for it for several minutes. The building has been completed, and the possibility of embedding a second elevator is not foreseen in the project. Immediately it was necessary to convene a council, at which the task "How to solve this problem" was set, and this question was asked not only to senior positions. One of the clerks suggested installing large mirrors on each floor so that people could look in them while they were waiting - women could correct their makeup, and men could be fascinated by this process. So it was this idea that was able to return the previous flow of customers to the company.

Step 4

The goal of management is to increase profits through the rational organization of the process. In the above example, this solution was the installation of mirrors on each floor.

Step 5

Also, the tasks of management include the search and development of new projects, the strategy for the development of the organization process, the determination of the necessary resources, the stimulation of the work of employees, and control over the economic activities of the organization.
