- organizations that use in their activities chemical compounds of precious metals for analysis or for medical purposes (medicines), silver-containing photosensitive materials, gold products containing precious metals, paints, equipment, instruments, tools, electronic equipment, ballasts and devices automatics, component parts, units containing precious metals;
- companies that use natural diamonds in their activities in tools and / or in products for industrial and technical purposes and do not produce these tools, their alteration or repair;
- organizations that purchase and / or use precious stones classified as unsuitable for making jewelry in accordance with the criteria and procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation;
