The activities of a company that is actively working does not always correspond to the original intentions of its founders. Very often, commercial organizations change the profile of their activities, supplement it with new types of income. Adding activities is subject to state registration, and if you decide to add any activities, you need to notify the tax office of this using a special application form.
It is necessary
- - charter;
- - passports of LLC members;
- - TIN;
- - OGRN;
- - extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, certified by a notary;
- - application in the prescribed form.
Instructions
Step 1
Select the OKVED codes to enter them into the application. The code cannot be less than three digits. It is better to anticipate possible changes in activities in the future so that you do not have to add economic activities again.
Step 2
If the Charter of an LLC contains specific information about the activities carried out, then it is necessary to amend the Charter, adding to it the types of activities that the LLC plans to engage in. To do this, hold a general meeting at which to submit the issue of changing the charter. Based on the results of the meeting, it is necessary to prepare a protocol with a decision on making the appropriate changes. In the event that many types of activities are included in the Charter or there is an indefinite wording, such as, for example, “and other types of commercial activities permitted by Russian legislation”, there is no need to amend the Charter.
Step 3
Prepare an application in the prescribed form for the tax office. You will also need the following documents: a list of new codes of activities (it is submitted in free form), the Charter as amended, INN and OGRN, copies of passports of all participants of the LLC, an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities certified by a notary. In the event that changes are made to the charter, payment of the state duty for adding OKVED is also required.
Step 4
Submit the documents to the registration authority. According to current legislation, you can submit documents in person or send them by mail. The changes will be registered within seven business days, and you will receive a document confirming the registration of the addition of activities. It should be remembered that according to the law, you can start commercial activities in a new direction only after new OKVED codes for your types of activity are entered in the State Register.
