Instructions

Step 1

Create the charter of the future hunting club as a non-profit organization yourself or with the help of lawyers. When creating it, you can focus only on modern conditions and opportunities for hunting, or, if you are interested in its ancient methods, use elements of tradition.

Step 2

In the charter, be sure to indicate: - the name of the organization and its organizational and legal form; - the legal address of the organization; - the procedure for managing its activities (indicating the positions and listing of officials and founders); - the subject and goals of the organization. Do not forget to mention the conditions of admission to and exit from the club as well.

Step 3

Contact Rospatent and check if there is a hunting club or other organization with a similar name. If you have created a club logo, send an application for registration of the name, not forgetting to attach its sketches.

Step 4

Contact your local administration and find out if there are hunting grounds in your area that can be rented. If they are available, prepare all the documents for registration of a non-profit organization with the UFRS under the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation. You will need to collect the following documents: - constituent documents and charter of the club; - valid hunting tickets issued by the Russian Society of Hunters and Fishermen; - Passports of the founders and members of the club; - permission to carry hunting weapons (firearms and cold steel); - TIN and SNILS.

Step 5

After registering with the UFRS, send the certificate and certified copies of the remaining documents to the tax office in order for the organization to be registered.

Step 6

Rent a plot for hunting and, by agreement with the administration, negotiate with construction organizations about the construction of outbuildings and a stationary base for hunting.
