Subsidies for payment of utilities to citizens of the Russian Federation are provided in accordance with the law. The subsidy is provided to those tenants whose utility bills exceed 22%. Interest is calculated based on the total income of all family members registered in this premises.
Instructions
Step 1
In order to issue, you must collect a certain package of documents. Take a certificate on the composition of the family (the certificate is issued at the office of housing and communal services). Make notarized copies of the title deeds to the dwelling. If there are no notarized copies available, the original documents must be submitted along with the regular copies. All family members must take a certificate from the place of work indicating the salary for the last 6 months. Pensioners and temporarily unemployed family members must present the original and a copy of the work book (the first and last completed sheets are copied, with the date of dismissal). Student family members aged 16 and older present a certificate from school, college or other educational institution. If one of the family members is absent, then collect documents confirming their absence (take a certificate of service in the army, being in prison, about an unknown absence, being wanted, etc.)
Step 2
Submit the last (paid) invoice for utility bills and a certificate that at the moment there is no debt for housing and utility bills. If there is a debt, then the original and a copy of the agreement (agreement) on the repayment of the debt.
Step 3
Prepare documents confirming the fact of citizenship of the Russian Federation of everyone living in the dwelling (originals and copies).
Step 4
You must provide the bank account number (a copy of the first page of the passbook or the first page of the agreement with the bank) for which you want to receive a refund.
Step 5
With this package of documents, come to the Department of Labor and Social Support of the Population and write an application for granting you a subsidy for housing and communal services. The subsidy is issued for a period of six months. After it expires, you can reapply for the grant.
Step 6
The money will be credited monthly to the bank account you specified. Please note that the amount of the subsidy cannot exceed the actual cost of housing and utilities.
