Step 1
The document for calculating payment for the consumed electricity consists of two parts: a notice and a receipt. Both of them must contain the details of the company providing the relevant utilities. These include the name of the organization, its TIN, KPP, current account, name of the bank in which it is opened, BIC, correspondent account, legal address of the enterprise, contact phone number and operating hours of the company.
Step 2
The name of the legal or natural person who is the owner or tenant of the premises is indicated on the receipt and notice. Enter the name of the company in accordance with the charter, other constituent document, or your personal data in accordance with the passport. Then indicate the address of the location of the company, your place of residence.
Step 3
Each payer is assigned a personal account, according to which the amount for payment of electricity is calculated. Write its number in the upper right corner of the receipt and notice.
Step 4
Payment for light is calculated depending on how many people are registered at a given address (apartment, house). Indicate the number of registered, temporarily registered, temporarily retired persons. Pensioners are a separate category of citizens, so they stand out from the total number of people living.
Step 5
Write the name of the month, year for which you are filling out the receipt and electricity bill.
Step 6
Indicate the series and number of the meter that is installed in your apartment, house, office space. It should be borne in mind that at present it is necessary to install devices for calculating the electricity consumption of a new sample. Enter its previous and current readings in the appropriate fields.
Step 7
Write down the total area of the room for which electricity is charged. Please personally sign and indicate the calculated amount for the light.
