Step 1

If the alimony is no longer credited to your account, contact the senior bailiff with a statement. Indicate from what date you did not receive money transfers, present your passport, writ of execution and a photocopy.

Step 2

Based on your appeal, within seven days, the bailiffs are obliged to take measures to collect the current amount of alimony and the arisen debt. If the debtor does not work, is not registered anywhere, does not live at the place of permanent or temporary registration and his whereabouts are unknown, the bailiffs are obliged to send a written notification to the internal affairs bodies with a request to assist in finding the debtor.

Step 3

Law enforcement officials are required to conduct an investigation in order to identify the place of residence of the malicious defaulter of alimony. For this, the neighbors, relatives, friends and acquaintances of the owed citizen are interviewed.

Step 4

In case of unsuccessful search activities within the region, which is in the department of law enforcement agencies, a notice of search is sent to the Federal departments, a federal search for a malicious defaulter is announced.

Step 5

All customs services and posts receive a notification with a description of the debtor's acceptance, passport data. The defaulter will not be able to cross the border after the announced federal search. He will be stopped and transferred to law enforcement for legal justice.

Step 7

Bailiffs are obliged to make a written request on the results of the search once a month. A written report from law enforcement agencies must be attached to the case for the collection of alimony and debt.
