In accordance with the law, a legal entity of any form of ownership, be it a CJSC, OJSC or individual entrepreneur, must register for tax purposes at the address indicated as a legal entity. When registering, an enterprise is entered into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE), which indicates, among other parameters of the organization, and its General Director. Instructions
Step 1
Prepare a package of documents required for registration of the CEO. It must contain the Minutes or the Decision of the General Meeting on the appointment of the General Director, which must be signed by all participants or only by the chairman and secretary of the meeting. Also attach to the minutes a copy of the passport of the General Director, a copy of an extract from the constituent documents indicating information about the company, its founders and the General Director; a copy of the decision or protocol on the establishment of an enterprise, a copy of the Articles of Association of the enterprise.
Step 2
Write to the registering authority an application with a request to enter your company into the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
Step 3
All submitted copies of documents together with the application must be certified by a notary. Please note that the notary is obliged to demand from you all originals of constituent documents and all certificates of assignment of TIN / KPP, GRN, OGRN and others. Check with the notary in advance what documents he will need.
Step 4
Take the package of documents along with a covering letter to the tax authority and after the company is registered and an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities is received, its General Director will acquire official status.
