To get started, get the official status of unemployed, namely: register with the Employment Service at the place of your registration. Two conditions must be met: you must be over 18 years old, and you must be a citizen of the Russian Federation.

Next, you conclude an agreement (in the prescribed form) with the Employment Service. If you want, you can take part in a seminar where they will explain to you how to correctly fill out the set package of documents. Note that such seminars are held in the same place - in the Employment Service.

Then you, as a future entrepreneur, must go through the registration procedure as an individual entrepreneur or create a legal entity.
After that, you open an account with the Savings Bank of the Russian Federation. If your application for a subsidy is approved, this is the account that will receive the money.

What documents do you need to receive a subsidy for starting a business?
The main list of these documents also depends on the region in which you live, therefore, you will definitely need to clarify it at your place of residence.
You will need to prepare a business plan in which you describe your idea - what you are going to do. You will also need a copy of the State Certificate of Registration as an Individual Entrepreneur or a copy of the Certificate of Registration of a Legal Entity. And of course, a statement indicating the details of the bank account in the Savings Bank of Russia.
