If the Internet is not available, then you can always find out the state of the account by phone. To check the balance, call 8 (800) 100-24-24, select the "Check balance" menu item, and then enter your username and the last 4 digits of the card. You can always be aware of the current information about the state of the account, all receipts and debits, by connecting the SMS informing service. This can be done at a VTB24 ATM (through the "Deposits and Services" tab), at a bank branch, or through the Telebank system. The service is quite convenient. The user will not need to send additional requests, he will receive an SMS for any movement on the account. Its only drawback is that it is not free. The commission is from 120 rubles. (for 180 days) up to 200 rubles. (for 360 days). In this case, the user pays only for the number of days for which the service is connected. The number of alerts doesn't matter. For credit card holders, transaction alerts are also emailed free of charge.
