Find out if you and your employees are qualified to carry out such work. Those people who will directly supervise the work must also have at least three years of experience.
Step 2
Collect the necessary documents to obtain a license. Make copies of the certificate of registration of your organization, its entry into the register of firms, as well as from the notice of registration with the tax authority. The resulting additional copies must be certified by a notary. You will also need a copy of the charter, if your organization has one.
Step 3
Document your qualifications. To do this, attach a copy of your diploma and work record book. You will also need to prove that you have the right equipment for the job.
Step 4
Pay the license fee. For 2012, it is 2600 rubles. You can find out the details for payment on the website of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, in the information section about its territorial bodies. Add to the collected documents the payment order for which you paid the fee.
Step 5
Show all the documents to your regional office of the Ministry of Emergencies. On the spot, according to the samples, write a statement about your desire to obtain a license for the installation of an OPS. After that, hand over all the papers to an employee of the organization. Wait for a decision on your question, it may take up to two months. After that, you will be able to obtain a license and start the desired activity.
