Step 1

In case of loss, damage or destruction of the Malin card, immediately contact the operator of the Program Support Center by calling 495-780-00-44 for Moscow and the Moscow region, or 800-700-14-13 for other regions of the Russian Federation. The operator will block your card and stop all possible operations on it. This will keep your accumulated points in your account. Keep in mind that if you lose or destroy an additional card that is issued together with the main card, you are also obliged to notify the organizer of the program by calling the above numbers. Remember that if the points accumulated under the program are used before the Malin card is blocked, the reward is ordered and delivered to an unauthorized person, the program organizer is not liable to you for writing off points.

Step 2

After blocking the Malina card, the program organizer restores the lost card while saving information about the program participant, his accumulated points, and the history of reward orders. A new membership card is issued at the Malina program office or sent by mail. Please note that the organizer does not prescribe the terms of card restoration in the Participation Rules and disclaims responsibility for delaying card restoration. Therefore, clarify this question by phone when you block the lost card.

Step 3

The card is restored free of charge, however, the organizer reserves the right to charge the participant the actual cost of replacing the card and its delivery. Unfortunately, he does not specify in what cases this cost is deducted, so check with the Support Center manager for the conditions for replacing the card. In addition to the main card, you can also order three additional cards that can be used by anyone who lives with you at the same address.
