Every year for Russians begins with not always pleasant, but still with changes. Consider how pensions, salaries and utility rates in Moscow will change in 2019.
Raising old-age pensions
Fortunately, the Russian government has raised not only the pesion age, but also the size of pensions. Perhaps for many, such increases will seem insignificant, but still it is better than nothing.
From January 1, 2019, Moscow pensioners will receive only 300 rubles. The amount is negligible, but this is not the only change. Now the minimum old-age pension will be 12,115 rubles, which is still far from even the minimum subsistence level. As before, this is not the amount on which you can live, and not try to survive.
Changes in the pensions of non-working pensioners
The size of pension payments will rise within 6 years. It will look like this:
- 2019 - 7.05%;
- 2020 - 6, 6%;
- 2021 - 6.3%;
- 2022 - 5.8%;
- 2023 - 5.5%;
- 2024 - 5.4%.
As it is easy to see, the percentage will fall every year, but still this does not mean that the increase will be less and less every time.
Minimum wage
The increase in the minimum wage in Moscow amounted to about 800 rubles. Now the minimum wage is 18,781 rubles. Now the employer is not allowed to pay less than the above amount. If you are offered a salary below this level, then you have every right to contact the labor inspectorate and write a complaint against the employer. In this case, the employer will be fined, and your salary will be at least the required minimum, but even in such cases there are exceptions.
If earlier the employer applied to the Trilateral Commission of the city of Moscow and was allowed to pay the salary according to the federal law of the minimum wage (in this case, the minimum wage will be 11,280 rubles), then nothing can be done, because in this case there will be no violations.
Changes in utility tariffs
In 2019, tariffs will increase twice: in January (1.7%) and in July (1.4%). New tariffs for housing and communal services come into force on January 1, 2019. Now the rate for housing maintenance will increase by 1.90 rubles, and the contribution for major repairs - by 1.19 rubles.
Also among the mandatory payments will be a payment for garbage, which will reach about 200 rubles. provided that 3-4 people live in the family.
The cost of paying for electricity will be 5 rubles 47 kopecks per 1 kW / h, but the changes are not over yet. From July 1, 2019, new electricity tariffs may be introduced if they are approved by the government. In this case, the consumption rate is 300 kW / h per month, and everything that is used above will be paid at increased rates.
