Instructions

Step 1

In order to apply for a salary card, you need to go to the nearest branch of the bank whose client you are going to become (or already are) and fill out an application for the issue of a salary card. The card to which the salary will be transferred must be a debit card, that is, the functions of credit and overdraft in a standard salary card, as a rule, should not be present. In the application for the card issue, indicate your last name, first name and patronymic, the series and number of the identity document, the type of payment system used in the plastic card, as well as some data necessary to block and unblock the card in case of its loss.

Step 2

A debit card is issued within two weeks. Two weeks after submitting the application, come to the bank and pick up your plastic card along with a special envelope containing all the card details, as well as its pin code. If you ordered the issue of a salary card yourself, you will also have to pay the cost of its annual service. Payment of this cost can be made at the bank immediately after receiving the card or at the time of transfer of funds (salary) to the account. In this case, the required amount will be automatically debited from your account.

Step 3

In order for the employer to transfer funds to your salary card account, you need to come to the accounting department and write an application with a request to transfer wages according to these details. As a rule, in accounting, only a personal current account is required, but in some cases, for payment, you may also need the card number and details of the bank in which it was issued.
