Step 1
If the payment is delayed upon dismissal, which must be paid exactly the next day after the last day of work, you can contact the labor inspectorate, the prosecutor or the court.
Step 2
Take a copy of the dismissal order, attach your work record book and write a statement to one of the designated legal departments.
Step 3
You will not only be paid the full settlement, but also paid a penny for each day the settlement is delayed. The employer will be fined and issued a warning.
Step 4
If you worked unofficially, you were not given a calculation, there is no order for dismissal and there is no entry in the work book, then you can still apply to the above authorities and provide evidence that you worked for this employer. Unregistered labor relations are not a reason not to pay for work. In addition, your employer will receive a fine for illegal and unauthorized employment of labor.
Step 5
You should contact these bodies no later than one month after dismissal.
Step 6
If your salary is not paid on time, write a complaint and a statement to the indicated departments. Moreover, all employees who have not been paid the money they earned on time can apply.
Step 7
When paying even part of the funds from the wage arrears, the employer cannot be charged, only a stern warning.
Step 8
If your salary has been reduced, but your working day or job responsibilities have not been reduced, then you also have the right to write a statement to the indicated authorities about an illegal reduction in salary.
Step 9
When the company declared itself bankrupt, did not pay off the debts to the employees and did not pay the due funds, then you can only go to court. A bailiff will work after a court decision on debts. It is possible to pay off all debts of a bankrupt enterprise only after the sale of the existing property.
