Every enterprise and every organization should have a fire safety briefing log. Usually, representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations conduct briefing with workers, but, in principle, sometimes employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs or even safety engineers or officials can also do this. How to fill out such a magazine correctly?
Instructions
Step 1
Read Order No. 645 of 12.12.2007 (Appendix 1), in accordance with which fire safety training logs are filled out. Such briefings are carried out regularly in order to bring to the attention of employees the current requirements for fire safety and their actions in the event of a fire or detection.
Step 2
If the enterprise and the organization have developed their own special training programs for fire safety measures, then the instruction will be carried out directly by the head of this institution or an authorized official. In any case, the manager (or other official) must be familiar with the mandatory fire-technical minimum. Please note: it is not necessary to register such programs with the fire authorities.
Step 3
By the time and nature of the conduct, the briefing can be:
- introductory;
- primary (or primary at the workplace);
- target;
- repeated;
- unscheduled.
Any kind of briefing must be recorded in the journal.
Step 4
The number of magazines is not limited and depends on the size of the staff and the organizational structure of your institution. The magazines should be properly designed, laced, numbered and sealed with the seal of the organization or enterprise. If your institution has several departments, then each of them should have its own journal.
Step 5
Indicate in the first column the ordinal number of the briefing, and in the second - the date of its holding. The third column is reserved for designating the date of approval of the current instruction and its entry into force. In the fourth column, you will need to indicate the type of instruction. After that, indicate the code and number of the instruction (or its name) and the timing of its revision (planned). The last two columns indicate the position and name of the instructor, and put his signature.
