After the approval of the issued act in the administration, in the fire brigade, in the communal systems, you will be given a building permit and a building passport will be issued, after which you can proceed with the direct construction.

After the completion of construction, invite representatives of the SES, fire department, a commission from the administration. You will receive an acceptance certificate.

Contact BTI, write a request to call a technician. Based on the inspection of the building, technical and cadastral documents will be drawn up for you. Obtain the extracts from them that will be required by the registration chamber.

Register the ownership of the store with FUGRZ.
