- - money to pay the state duty;
- - start-up capital, the size of which depends only on your plans, ambitions and capabilities.
Instructions
Step 1
Come up with a name for your taxi service. If you establish a company, this can simultaneously become a name for it, but this condition is not required.
If you want to link the brand to the dispatcher's phone number (for example, "Taxi" Five "with a phone of 5 solid digits), ask the telephone company beforehand if it is free, and, if possible," stake out "for yourself.
The law does not oblige you to register the chosen name as a trademark, but it is better to do this, although the procedure is costly: it guarantees that no one will forbid you to use this name, but you will have such a right. You can find out the details of registering a trademark in Rospatent.
Step 2
Register a company or individual entrepreneur with the tax office. To do this, you will need to prepare a standard package of documents, for each case your own, and pay the state duty (details and size can be clarified with the tax office or Sberbank).
In the constituent documents (when registering an individual entrepreneur - in the application), indicate the OKVED code 60.22 "Taxi activities" as the main type of activity. In the application for registration of an individual entrepreneur, he must go first in the list.
When establishing an enterprise, you will also have to resolve the issue with the legal address of the company and the authorized capital.
Step 3
After receiving documents on state registration of an individual entrepreneur or an enterprise, receive statistics codes from the territorial department of Rosstat, open a bank account and make a seal.
After that, from a formal point of view, you can fully work. But the material and technical base and the costs for it depend on your capabilities and ambitions: will you buy and maintain your own taxi fleet and paint cars in branded colors, or limit yourself to collecting orders by phone and distributing them among third-party drivers for your percentage from each trip, whether you will hire staff in the state or will you prefer to work with drivers who have the status of an entrepreneur, will you work with taxi drivers who have their own cars or rent them your own and much more.
