The introduction of maternity capital has become a significant help for many families with children. Nevertheless, from the very beginning it became clear that spending this money was not so easy. A limited list of purposes for which these funds can be spent was introduced. Can you buy a car with this capital and how can you do it?
It is necessary
- - birth certificates of children;
- - parents' passports;
- - an extract from the house book from the place of registration of children;
- - other documents that may be requested by the social protection authorities.
Instructions
Step 1
Learn more about the rules for spending maternity capital. There are two types of such payments. The first type, introduced throughout the country in 2007, involves the accrual of funds to mothers who have given birth to a second or subsequent child. A woman can receive such capital only once in her life. It can only be spent on three purposes - the education of children, the purchase of housing, or a pension for the mother. Buying a car is not included in the target costs, so it is not possible with the help of such maternity capital.
In 2011, in some regions, for example in Yakutia and in the Novosibirsk region, laws were adopted on the introduction of the second type of maternity capital. It is intended for women who have given birth to a third or subsequent child. It is one hundred thousand rubles and, like the first type of capital, is paid only once. Its difference is that it can still be spent on a car.
Step 2
If you are suitable for the target audience for obtaining capital of the second type, collect the necessary documents. Their list is similar to that required to obtain capital for a second child.
Step 3
Contact the social protection authorities with the package of documents. If the program has already begun to operate in your region, then you must issue a certificate that will confirm your right to this money. However, you can start spending them only after your youngest child is one and a half years old. Therefore, under this program, it will not be possible to immediately purchase a car.
Since it will be possible to exercise one's right to purchase a car at the expense of maternity capital only in 2013, now there is no specific scheme according to which the purchase will be carried out. But it is already clear that the family will also need to attract their own personal funds, since one hundred thousand is most likely not enough to purchase the desired car, suitable for a large family.
