Any enterprise - a legal entity, carrying out its direct activities, interacts with other enterprises and citizens, both legal and natural persons. For this interaction, it is necessary to identify the given enterprise so that it can be unambiguously found among the rest registered in the state register of enterprises. This can be done by knowing its details, general and banking.
General details of the enterprise
The general details include all information about the company by which its business partners, as well as any other legal and natural persons can identify it. These details include the full and abbreviated company name, organizational and legal form, and, if any, the name of the parent organization.
All bank details have their own decoding, and each number in them has its own meaning. This decryption can be found in special reference books.
The general information about the company also includes information about state registration, confirming the legitimacy of this company. This group of information includes the date of state registration, the number of the certificate of state registration of a legal entity, the main state registration number (OGRN) and, if necessary, the name of the body where this registration was carried out. This body is the territorial subdivision of the state tax inspectorate, where the given enterprise is registered.
Such a requisite as the OGRN code should also be indicated in all documents of a legal entity, along with its name.
And, of course, another important requisite is the legal and actual address of the enterprise, as well as its contact numbers, e-mail address and website address on the Internet, if any, position, surname and initials of the head.
Bank details of the company
The concept of "details of the enterprise" includes the details of a bank account, which must be opened with any legal entity for the implementation of non-cash financial transactions, as well as for crediting and debiting cash. The list of bank details, in addition to the name of the enterprise, includes:
- twenty-digit number of the current account;
- the name of the bank with an indication of its location;
- BIK bank - a unique nine-digit identification code of the bank, which is assigned to it by the Central Bank;
- 20-digit correspondent account - a special account also assigned by the Central Bank.
The details of the company are indicated on its letterhead and partially on the seal.
The bank details also include the taxpayer identification number - TIN and KPP and OKPO codes. KPP is a nine-digit registration code, according to the OKPO code, the type of activity carried out by this company is determined.
