Step 1
You can transfer goods for sale to any retail outlets operating on the basis of opening a legal entity or private enterprise. The goods can be transferred by piece or in bulk, as well as completely new or used.
Step 2
When handing over the goods, present your civil passport and documents confirming your right to carry out entrepreneurial activities and profit from this type of activity. This document can serve as a certificate of an individual entrepreneur or a legal entity.
Step 3
Enter into an agreement with the commission agent, which can be written by hand in two copies under a carbon copy. The contract must contain all the conditions for the sale of the accepted goods, the terms of sale, instructions on the amount of remuneration to the commission agent, payment for storing the goods at the point of sale or in the warehouse of the commission agent and other terms of sale, as well as settlement with the supplier represented by the principal.
Step 4
Be sure to make sure that the serial number is indicated in the contract, the signatures of the officials responsible for receiving the goods, the date, and the seal of the company carrying out the commission activity are.
Step 5
The agreement is a bilateral document, so you are also required to sign it, which means agreement with all the conditions of implementation by both parties.
Step 6
If you hand over a wholesale consignment of goods for sale, you must have a quality certificate from the manufacturer, a document on customs control, if the goods are imported from abroad of the Russian Federation.
Step 7
For piece goods that were in use, these documents are not required, as well as a document confirming the right to engage in commercial activities. It is enough to present a civil passport with a registration stamp.
Step 8
You have the right to transfer goods that are not perishable for sale. Also, you cannot hand over and accept for sale used hosiery, underwear.
Step 9
If you hand over a wholesale batch of perfumes, cosmetics, household chemicals or medicines for sale, then in addition to a certificate from the manufacturer, you must present a quality certificate that complies with GOST of goods allowed for sale on the territory of the Russian Federation.
