Step 1
Specify by calling the information center of the Svyaznoy Club program the address of the nearest Svyaznoy mobile communications center, where the loan repayment service is available. There are more than 2500 points on the territory of the country. They work every day, including weekends and holidays.
Step 2
Contact the nearest Svyaznoy mobile communications center, taking with you your passport or other document proving your identity and a loan agreement. Fill out the application and present the Svyaznoy-club card or Visa credit card Svyaznoy-Bank to the operator. In the event that you do not have such cards, you can use your mobile phone number, passport data and loan agreement to register and issue a card.
Step 3
Enter the loan amount through the cashier or payment terminal. You pay through the terminal in the same way as any other payment. Select on the monitor screen the name of the organization with which you signed the loan agreement, then enter its number and the repayment amount. Insert it into the special hole for money, one bill at a time. Be sure to wait for the machine to print the payment receipt and keep it until the loan is paid in full.
Step 4
Subsequent payments will not take much time, for this you only need a card and a passport, since the payment data is saved in the system. When paying for the loan again, you will no longer need to dial the contract number - one name of the goods purchased on credit is enough. Tell the manager that you are repaying the loan, for example, for a car. With him, you can clarify how much money was deposited earlier, so as not to be mistaken with payment.
Step 5
It is possible to pay a loan in Svyaznoy without a commission if it is issued in the banks Tinkoff Credit Systems and Moscow Credit Bank (except for residents of Moscow and the Moscow region). You can replenish a deposit opened with Renaissance-Credit Bank without commission. In this case, for the initial registration, indicate the number of the deposit account, which is spelled out in the loan agreement. For the rest of the payments, you will be charged a commission of 1%, but its amount will be at least 50 rubles.
