How should a salary certificate be drawn up?

This document can be drawn up in any form, depending on the requirements of the organization for which it is intended. The Labor Code of the Russian Federation establishes only the basic rules and time frames for its issuance: the employer is obliged to issue a salary certificate within three working days upon a written application from the employee. It should contain the following information:

- the full name of the organization or the full name of the entrepreneur;

- date of issue of the certificate and its serial number;

- signature of the chief accountant and manager;

- the seal of the organization and the upper corner stamp containing basic information about it: INN, PSRN and legal address. This is not required if the certificate is drawn up on the company's letterhead.

What information is indicated on the salary certificate?

A correctly drawn up and duly certified certificate of salary serves as a confirmation of the amount of salary, position and place of work of the employee. As a rule, it should contain the following information:

- the size of the average monthly earnings;

- the amount of accrued and paid salaries for a certain period (at the request of the organization, where the certificate is provided);

- the amount of tax and insurance deductions from salaries.

- the source of the information specified in the certificate (personal account) must be indicated.

How to write a salary certificate for an individual entrepreneur?

Sometimes an individual entrepreneur needs to write out a certificate of income for himself. In this case, the entrepreneur must indicate the data provided by him in the tax return for the previous reporting periods, indicate the “Tax Declaration” as a source of information, sign for the manager himself, certify the certificate with a round seal, put a corner stamp on the form. In addition, you need to attach a copy of the TIN, OGRN certificate and a copy of the passport, also certified by a personal signature and seal.

What certificates are needed at the bank?

When obtaining a bank loan, in most cases, it is required to submit a certificate of income in the form of 2-NDFL. This is a unified form that assumes complete data on the income and taxes paid by an individual in the current tax period. The organization is obliged to issue it upon a written application from an employee. Often, banks meet halfway to their clients who do not have high official income, they allow them to draw up a certificate of wages according to their requirements. In each specific case, you need to clarify this issue individually with the credit manager. However, one should not forget that in this case, the interest on the loan may be higher, since the bank will be obliged to include in the payment the risk of default on the loan.
