How to get a subsidy

It is necessary

  • - identity documents;
  • - certificate of family composition;
  • - contract for social employment (ownership);
  • - receipts for payment of utilities;
  • - income certificates.

Instructions

Step 1

A subsidy from the state is given to citizens who do not have debts for utility bills. It is provided for six months, therefore it is necessary to submit receipts for housing and communal services for the previous six months. Such payment documents include paid receipts for social rent of living space (if the applicant is a tenant), electricity, heat supply, gas supply, water supply (supply of cold and hot water to a house, apartment) and drainage, sewerage, garbage collection and disposal.

Step 2

The subsidy is due to both homeowners and tenants of living space. Therefore, you need to submit a copy of the social employment contract, a copy of the ownership contract. These documents indicate the area of the premises. Compensation from the state is relied on for 33 square meters for citizens living alone, for 42 square meters for a family of two, 18 square meters of living space for each member of a family of three or more people.

Step 3

When applying for a subsidy, documents proving the identity of each family member (passport, birth certificate) and their belonging to the applicant's family (certificate of family composition, extract from the house book, etc.) are submitted.

Step 4

Since the amount of the subsidy is calculated on the amount of the total family income, the applicant must present income certificates for each family member (certificates of wages, pension, unemployment benefits, etc.) for the previous six months.

Step 5

If the applicant submits the required package of documents to the state institution at the place of residence by the 15th day of the month, the subsidy is provided from the first day of the current month, if from the 16th day of the month - from the first day of the next month. The documents must be updated every six months and presented when applying for compensation.
