When you connect it, your mobile account will receive funds from your bank account automatically as needed. If you find yourself in a situation where it is currently impossible to use any of the listed methods, and you need to top up your mobile phone balance urgently, you can use the Promised Payment service, which mobile operators provide to their regular customers. In this case, a certain amount will be credited to your mobile account, and you will be able to make calls, and then top up the balance by returning the "debt" to the operator.
