Instructions
Step 1
Find out the address of the rental subsidy organization in your area. Her address and telephone number should be known in the ZhEK. In most cases, you can find this information on the Internet.
If necessary, check with the organization itself the hours of its work, the reception of citizens on the issue of granting subsidies, the requirements for documents. For example, is a 2NDFL certificate from work suitable as proof of income or another document is needed, possibly at the request of the center for housing subsidies (or an organization with a different name in charge of this issue).
Step 2
Collect a package of required documents. You will need passports of everyone who is registered at the place of residence (registered) in the apartment and their photocopies (personal data and registration). A copy can be certified by a notary, but it will be cheaper to show the originals to the center employees.
A document confirming the right to use the residential premises is also required: a lease or gratuitous use agreement, an order for moving in, a certificate of ownership, etc. according to the situation.
If available, documents confirming the right to benefits are presented: retirement, disability, belonging to a large family, etc.
Step 3
All able-bodied residents must provide proof of income, which is taken from the place of work. Individual entrepreneurs take the necessary certificate from the tax office - about income according to the last filed declaration. To do this, you may need to submit a declaration based on the partial results of the year, and then, within the time limit established by law, a clarifying (corrective) declaration.
Unemployed persons must be registered at the employment center and provide a certificate from there about the benefits they are entitled to. If one of the family members does not work and is not a member of the labor exchange, they will not give a subsidy: they will require a certificate of income from him.
Step 4
If the owner or a responsible tenant serves in the army, is serving time behind bars, is on compulsory treatment by a court decision, is recognized as missing or deceased, you will also have to present the corresponding supporting document.
Step 5
They will want to see, when deciding whether to give a subsidy, receipts for payment of utilities for the last period. If you have arrears in rent, this assistance is not required: first you will have to pay in full.
Step 6
With a full package of documents, you come to the center for housing subsidies. There you will be asked to fill out an application in the prescribed form. You attach copies of the necessary papers to it and give all this to the center employee.
After the application is accepted, you just have to wait for the utility bills, reduced by the amount of the subsidy.
