Step 1

Step 2

Next, the family must stand in line to improve housing conditions in their region. The area of housing in which a married couple lives should not be higher than the established regional minimum in the constituent entity of the Russian Federation.

At the next stage, you need to contact the regional administration of the region of the Russian Federation with a complete list of documents. The decision on granting a subsidy to the family or refusal of the state body must be made within 10 days.

The subsidy can be used for housing construction, or for the purchase of housing during the construction phase or on the secondary market. If there is not enough money for the purchase, taking into account the subsidy, it is possible to get a mortgage at any bank that participates in the program. In this case, the subsidy can act as an initial payment on a mortgage. The mortgage is provided to the family on the following conditions - the state provides up to 35% of the appraised value of housing, if the family has children - up to 40%.

Next, you need to contact the selected bank to obtain a loan. Having previously prepared documents confirming income, the right to a subsidy and an agreement for the purchase of housing. The procedure for obtaining a mortgage with a state subsidy and an assessment of solvency are standard.
