The electronic money settlement system is quite convenient. It saves time and improves comfort. Using the Webmoney electronic wallet, you can pay for goods and services or receive money without leaving your home, but what if the holder cannot find his wallet in the system?

Step 1
There are several ways in which you can find a wallet in Webmoney. Check your email first. After the registration of the wallet in the system is completed, you should receive a letter containing the WMID - the identification number assigned to the wallet.

If for some reason this letter is not available, you can try another option. Open the login page on the Webmoney resource. It is assumed that before that you have chosen one of the options (methods) of entering: using a certificate, through Enum-authorization, or through a username and password.

If a certificate is installed on your computer, after choosing this method of authorization in the system, you will automatically be taken to your wallet, where you can find out all the missing data (WMID, WMR / WMZ - the number of the ruble or currency wallet).
Step 4
If during registration you chose one of the Enum authorization methods (question-answer on a cell phone, by fingerprint or using messages), you do not need to know the wallet number or WMID, it is enough that the fingerprints match or that you have the phone number you specified is at hand.
Step 5
Login with a username and password is not recommended by the system itself, since it does not protect too reliably against unauthorized access and does not provide a sufficient degree of safety of funds in the wallet. Nevertheless, if you remember the necessary data, enter them, and you will be taken to an account with a list of purses and a WMID number.
Step 6
In the event that you cannot log in to the login page, contact the Webmoney system support service, describe the essence of the problem and provide the data that you provided during registration - last name, first name and patronymic, cell phone number. In this case, be sure to provide the correct email address, otherwise you will not be able to receive an answer.
