A cooperative is an association of citizens to meet economic or other needs and the construction of real estate with the help of share contributions. The creation of an organization and joining a cooperative is governed by Article 116 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

- - a receipt for payment of admission, membership and other fees provided by the community.
Instructions
Step 1
To join the cooperative, contact the chairman of the created association. Present an application, a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation. A foreign citizen registered in the Russian Federation can also become a member of the cooperative community. Another condition for joining is the age of 18, that is, a candidate for joining a cooperative must reach the age of majority, be fully capable and solvent. Some communities require, in addition to the application, to attach a questionnaire with personal data and brief information about yourself.
Step 2
To confirm your solvency and legal capacity, you will be asked to present a certificate from the place of work or work book, TIN and a photocopy, a pension insurance certificate and a photocopy. The decision on your entry will be made by all members of the current cooperative at a general meeting by voting.
Step 3
If the majority of the members of the existing association voted “for” the admission of the new member, the accession is considered approved, but a number of conditions must be fulfilled for the final receipt of the membership card.
Step 4
You can become a member of the cooperative after submitting documents, an application, a questionnaire and paying an entrance fee, additional fees in accordance with the current tariffs. Next, you will have to pay monthly shares established by the internal legal documents of the association.
Step 5
After paying all the contributions provided by the community, you will be introduced to the internal legal acts, the charter, and other existing regulations governing the activities of the cooperative. You must strictly comply with all applicable regulations of the association, failure to comply with which may result in expulsion from the community. You will be introduced to all your rights and obligations on receipt.
