Step 1
Determine the monthly and annual expenses for all receipts. Some costs may be floating, depending on the season and other factors. Separate receipts are payable once a year, such as property tax. List estimated costs by month to see how costs change over the course of the year.
Step 2
Add loan payments and other debts to the list. Think of money borrowed from friends or family that doesn’t require a quick return. Such debts can hang on your conscience for a long time, if you do not plan to return. List these expenses by month.
Step 3
Make a list of rooms and closets. In some cases, it is required to paint separate shelves on which consumables are stored. Don't forget to include the refrigerator on the list.

Write down the consumables and items for each item on the list obtained in step three. A list of rooms, cabinets and shelves will help you remember the smallest details: batteries, light bulbs, glue, threads, garbage bags, toothpaste - write anything that requires periodic updates.
Step 5
Create an overall strategic list with estimated prices. If you did the work in good faith, you got an annual cost plan, with specification by month. Now you will not mindlessly spend money hoping for the next payday.
Step 6
Make a second list from the deletion of optional purchases. Something is luxury, even if you don't think so. Cross out such things, leaving the essentials. The remaining amount of compulsory expenses shows the amount of the individual subsistence minimum.
Step 7
Check it out. Collect receipts for all purchases and expenses within a month. Write down each ruble spent. It may turn out that when planning, you forgot to indicate the cost of travel, etc. Checking in practice will help to correct the list in the right direction.
