You have decided to go into business. For this, you want to establish your own company. How to do this, what documents are needed, and where to apply - these are the questions that you will face in the first place. Of course, you can contact specialized organizations. But there is not always money to pay for the services of these organizations. But all the issues of founding a company can be solved independently. You just need to know where to start.

Step 1
Start the process of creating your company by choosing its organizational and legal form. The concept of "firm" does not exist in Russian law. You can register and run your business as an individual entrepreneur or as a legal entity (for a small business, this is an LLC). As a rule, people who want to found a company mean exactly LLC (Limited Liability Company).
Step 2
Next, decide on the name of your company. The tax office will reject the registration application if you include foreign words or symbols in the Russian name. If you want the name of your company to include foreign words, come up with two names for it: in Russian and in a foreign language.
Step 3
If you decide to register a company in the form of LLC, prepare the following documents: Articles of Association, Memorandum of Association (if there are more than one founders), minutes or sole decision on the creation and appointment of a head, a notarized application for registration.
Step 4
Please note that the Articles of Association and Memorandum of Association you are stitching and numbered yourself, and the statement is stitched by a notary. Non-stitched documents will not be accepted by the Tax Inspectorate.
Step 5
After the Tax Inspectorate puts you on record and issues the relevant documents, register with the Pension Fund, the Social Insurance Fund (FSS) and the FFOMS within five days.
Step 6
Order printing immediately. Without it, you will not be able to open a bank account, and this is fraught with tax penalties.
Step 7
To open a bank account, you will also need a statement of statistical data. Get them from the State. Statistics.
Step 8
The rest of the procedures depend on the specific activity that your company will be engaged in. So you may need a cash register, which also needs to be registered with the Tax Office. Permitting documents may be required (for example, a license to sell alcoholic beverages or a fire inspection permit).
Step 9
And finally, please note that some permits are now in the nature of a notification. For example, a trade permit or a permit from ROSPOTREBNADZOR.
