In a situation when it is necessary to demand a refund for services not provided or goods of inadequate quality, it is necessary to draw up a written application. It should become the basis for the return of the amount you paid, for the necessary financial transactions and the appropriate registration in accounting.
Instructions
Step 1
Leave the introductory part of the application under the requisites. It is traditionally located in the upper left of the sheet. This part is required. The application is always written in the name of the first manager, so here write the position, surname, name and patronymic of the director of the company with whom you plan to make the calculation. Next, specify your own full name, place of residence and phone numbers for contacts.
Step 2
In the center of the sheet, place the name of the document "Application" and immediately below it, briefly the essence of the appeal: "for a refund." In the substantive part, describe the current situation and the circumstances that allow you to demand a refund of the amounts paid. Try to avoid unnecessary details, but focus on the heart of the matter. List the facts, refer to documents and articles of legislation confirming the legitimacy of your claims. Indicate the amount required for refund after the words "Please refund me".
Step 3
In the final part, provide possible ways of calculating with you, if required. For non-cash payments, indicate your bank details, for mailing, provide the address of residence. Next, list the attached documents or their copies (checks, receipts, certificates, etc.). Date the application and sign.
