Step 1
First of all, you need to collect a package of documents and submit them for consideration to the Pension Fund of your region. The branch of the Pension Fund is determined at the place of registration, at the place of actual residence or stay at the moment. After the expiration of a month, the bodies of the Pension Fund are obliged to consider the documents to obtain a certificate. The main documents for filing an application are an identity card (passport), a birth certificate for each child, documents on the citizenship of children, proof of motherhood (paternity) or adoption of children.
Step 2
After the approval of the documentary part, you must personally fill out an application form for additional assistance to a young family. All columns of the application are filled in in accordance with the requirements of the fund. It is to this application that you need to attach a list of documents.
Step 3
After the fund has considered copies of documents, you must personally apply with the provision of originals of all documents and certificates. If desired, the specialists of the Pension Fund offer an additional service for the issuance of a pension insurance certificate, which is issued to every citizen of the Russian Federation. Further, a letter will be sent to the specified address to receive the certificate. This letter is the basis for obtaining a certificate with the provision of the applicant's passport.
