Step 1
Before you start registering a company and invest a lot of money in it, you should familiarize yourself with real estate prices and the dynamics of growth or fall in prices.

Then you should register the company with the tax office, providing the following package of documents: Charter of the company; decision of the founders; minutes of the meeting of founders; completed opening forms certified by a notary; receipts for payment of state fees. After that, you need to order stamps and open a transit bank account, since half of the authorized capital is paid before the registration of the enterprise.

Obtaining a license for construction activities is necessary when opening an organization. The licensing procedure itself provides for the passage of a special commission, which decides on its issuance.

The enterprise must have regulatory and technical literature and undergo a comprehensive expert review. For all available equipment, the construction company must have technical passports and inspection reports by labor protection authorities. The technical parameters of your own or rented equipment must correspond to the declared types of work. Then an application for a license is submitted to the architectural and construction inspectorate.

In addition to equipment for each type of activity of a construction company, specialists are needed, so the staff should be recruited before submitting documents for obtaining a license. Employees of the established company must have experience in construction organizations and higher education. An accountant is required. After all the preparatory procedures, the current accounts of the company are opened in the bank. No later than 5 days after opening the accounts, you must notify the tax office.

After opening a construction company, the main problem will be finding clients. We'll have to allocate a budget for newspaper advertising, distribution of leaflets, etc. As a last resort, you can post advertisements about the services provided in the city.
