Step 2
Submit your documents to the tax office. In five working days, your company will be registered as a legal entity. Step 3
After going through the steps to register your construction company as a legal entity, you must join the self-regulatory organization of construction companies. To do this, collect and submit to the SRO a complete package of documents: an application for membership in the SRO; completed and certified by the seal of the organization and the signature of the head of the company's questionnaire; memorandum of association; decision to establish a company; a copy of the company's Articles of Association; order on the appointment of the director and chief accountant of the company; copy of the certificate of state registration of a legal entity; certificate of making an entry in the unified state register of a legal entity; a copy of an extract from the unified state register of a legal entity; copy of TIN; copy of OKPO; information about the heads of the company and its employees, confirming that they can carry out work in the field of construction; a copy of the office lease agreement; bank and postal details certified by the manager; contacts of company executives.
Step 4
Pay the membership fee and other mandatory payments for joining the SRO, as well as sign the documents that this organization will provide to you in order to obtain a certificate of admission to construction work.
Step 5
Get a certificate of admission to construction, design, survey work. At this stage, it can be considered that your construction company is registered and can fully start providing construction services.
