Any officially registered company can be a member of both all three self-regulatory organizations, and each separately. But for this it is necessary to meet certain requirements that are presented when issuing a certificate of admission to certain works.

Step 1
To join a self-regulatory organization, determine the type of activity that your company carries out. This can be work on the preparation of design documentation, construction, overhaul and reconstruction, or engineering surveys.
Step 2
Consider the fact that both the specialists of the organization and its general director must be with higher education. Also, in accordance with what type of work was chosen, the company must have a certain number of employees with the necessary qualifications. If there is any non-compliance with the requirements, then you will need to carry out operational training or advanced training of engineering and technical personnel.
Step 3
After completing the necessary preparation, submit an application for joining an SRO, which should indicate the entire list of types of work. After this list will be included in the certificate.
Step 4
Submit the following package of documents to the SRO: certificate of state registration of an enterprise, certificate of state registration system, extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, certificate of registration of the enterprise with the Tax Inspectorate (TIN assignment), charter of the enterprise, details of the organization (in free form), information on the qualification composition (copies diplomas, copies of certificates - if available), information on the availability of a technical base (copies of PTS, cards for equipment - if available).
Step 5
After the SRO checks all the data, you will be given the documents necessary for signing on your part and paying the mandatory contributions. This happens no later than 30 days after the submission of the application.
Step 6
Within 14 days after receiving a certificate of membership in an SRO, you will be given an appropriate document that will confirm the admission of your organization to design, construction, survey work.
