Obtaining permission from SES by type of activity
If you want to carry out educational activities, you need to obtain a license from Rostpotrebnadzor. The same applies to medical and pharmaceutical activities (order of SES No. 224 of July 19, 2007).
What documents do you need for this?
- application;
- copies of constituent documents (Articles of Association, constituent agreement, certificate of registration and TIN assignment, extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities or USRIP);
- certificate from the bank about open current and foreign currency accounts;
- lease agreement for premises or certificate of ownership;
- a garbage collection agreement;
- contract for preventive procedures (disinfection) and the sanitary passport of the facility;
- building project (indicating the location of ventilation, sewerage and technology);
- a contract for the disposal of hair (if your company provides hairdressing services);
- contract for the disposal of disposable syringes (if any);
- documents confirming the purchase of sterilizers;
- various certifications (eg medical).

To obtain permission from the SES, you will need to conduct a sanitary and epidemiological examination. To do this, pay the state duty at any branch of the Sberbank of the Russian Federation (from 6,000 thousand rubles). Submit the package of documents and the receipt to Rostpotrebnadzor. You will be assigned the day of the examination. After its completion, the SES employees will issue a conclusion within a month. The permit has a period of one to one and a half (depending on the type of activity).
