Persons who are temporarily absent from the place of residence, that is, those who do not use the services: gas, cold and hot water, electricity and sanitation, have the right to receive a recalculation of utilities. Such services are calculated according to consumption standards. A decrease in the cost of services occurs if the consumer has been absent for at least five days. To recalculate, you need:
Instructions
Step 1
Collect documents confirming the time of absence. The list of documents is not closed, it can be: a travel certificate with marks of arrival and departure, a foreign passport with a stamp on leaving and entering the Russian Federation, a certificate of being in a medical institution, travel tickets, and others. The number of days of absence includes the days of departure and arrival.
Step 2

Step 4
The consumer has the right to submit a demand to reduce the cost of services due to inadequate quality of services or with interruptions exceeding the established ones.
