For the sale of goods on the street, a prerequisite was previously a permit for street trading. Now it has been replaced by permission to install a retail facility at a specific address. And although the idea of street trading looks very attractive, there is also enough bureaucratic red tape with its implementation.
It is necessary
- - certificate of registration of a legal entity;
- - articles of association;
- - Bank details;
- - conclusions of the sanitary and epidemiological standard and the fire service.
Instructions
Step 1
If you want to start selling goods outdoors, you will need to obtain permission to install a retail facility. To do this, you should contact the city or district administration, where they will tell you in detail about all the necessary actions.
Step 2
In any case, you will need to prepare a package of documents from various regulatory authorities (sanitary and epidemiological stations, firefighters, etc.), indicating that your trading place meets the accepted requirements and standards.
Step 3
Please note that a private person who is not registered as an individual entrepreneur (an entrepreneur without registration of a legal entity) will not be given permission to sell on the streets. Therefore, you will need:
- certificate of registration of a legal entity;
- TIN;
- articles of association;
- bank details of your company;
- an agreement on the lease of land where your outlet will be located;
- conclusion of the sanitary and epidemiological station;
- conclusion of the state supervision on compliance with its fire regulations;
- certificate from the tax office about the absence of debt;
- a list of goods sold;
- a number of shipping documents;
- a contract for garbage collection, etc.
A complete list of all documents can be found in the administration.
Step 4
The very permission for the installation of a shopping facility is issued by the consumer market department of the territorial administration within 3 days from the date of application. It is given strictly for the time during which your outlet will work.
Step 5
When opening any business, it is important to decide on the taxation system. For street trading, you can choose a single imputed tax. In this case, you will pay not from the square, but from the point of sale. In addition, with a single imputed tax, a cash register is not required. However, when choosing a simplified taxation system, taxes will have to be paid regardless of whether you work or not.
