Step 1
Go to the main page of the site www.yandex.ru. If you do not have a mailbox, and you are not registered with Facebook, VKontakte, Twitter, Odnoklassniki, Mail.ru or Google, register an e-mail by clicking on the link located under the fields for entering the login and password of the mailbox - “Start a mailbox. Enter your details (last name and first name) and select a login. If the login is busy, the system will notify you about this with an appropriate message and offer its possible options, which you can use if you wish. If you have a registration on one of the listed sites, go to the wallet registration by clicking on the corresponding logo (mail.ru, google, etc.).
Step 2
After registration, enter your mailbox and click on the "Money" tab located at the top of the page. In the window that opens, find the link "Open an account in Yandex. Money" and follow it. Fill out the form by entering: your invented payment password, recovery code, your cell phone number (optional), your birthday, and again your payment password. The mailbox field will automatically use the address of the mail you entered. If you wish, you can change it to another mailbox registered in your name. After filling in the data, click on the link "Open an account in Yandex. Money".
Step 3
A message will appear in the window: “Congratulations, you have opened an account with Yandex. Money. The page will display your account (wallet) number and a proposal to link a bank card to the account, and you will also be prompted to replenish your account in one of the possible ways: prepaid cards, cash through terminals, through a transfer system, etc. After you select a method of replenishment, for example, payment through an ATM, a complete list of replenishment points located in your city will be displayed. The names of the banks, the commission on the amount, the method of replenishment and the location will be displayed. If you do not have free time or opportunity, then you can postpone the linking of the card to the account for another time, just like replenishing the account.
