Step 1

When submitting reports, the general director of the company personally certifies all the necessary documents with a seal and signature and takes them to the tax office, a branch of the Pension Fund or a branch of the Social Insurance Fund.

The procedure is the same as for personal delivery, but a power of attorney must be issued for the representative. It indicates to whom (full name and passport details of the representative) and what exactly the organization trusts (delivery of tax reports, obtaining the necessary documents, etc.).

A notary visa is not required, the signature of the first person of the company and its seal are enough.

To send reports by mail, you need to come to the post office, purchase an A4 envelope, return receipt forms and an inventory of attachments. Make an inventory indicating the names of documents and the number of sheets. For each document, indicate the price, since the inventory accompanies only valuable letters. You set the price yourself, but do not forget that it affects the cost of the shipment. Indicate on the envelope and notification the addresses of the recipient and the sender, enclose the reporting documents in the envelope and hand it and the completed forms to the operator. The head of the department must certify the inventory. Pay for mail services and keep your receipt. The date of submission of reports will be the day of their sending.
